If you are a tax exempt entity: Email cuphelp@glassboxx.com and attach your tax exemption certificate to open a tax-exempt account with our warehouse. The warehouse requires that the shipping address match the entity named on the tax exempt certificate. The process of setting up the account can take about a week so please plan accordingly.

Bulk discount sales are non-returnable except in cases where books are received damaged. Media mail is available as a shipping option only for quantities under 12, any order with a larger quantity will have UPS as the default shipping option. When placing an order for an event that is less than two weeks away, we advise choosing UPS for shipping to ensure timely receipt of the books.
